On Sunday, my boyfriend and I decided to take a trip to the pumpkin patch, as we had missed out on doing so last year. As it is coming to the end of the apple picking/pumpkin picking season, there weren’t too many options, but I still managed to find a cute little one that caught my attention. When I was younger, my mom always read the book Spookly the Square Pumpkin to me, which has always caused me to want a pumpkin that no one else might want. Yes, I am a 20 year old who still thinks all pumpkins deserve a home on Halloween night, lol! On this day, the wind was very strong, which made it feel a lot colder out. I decided I wanted to look as fall-ish as possible, so I wore my new plaid shirt from Old Navy (which are currently 50% off!!!). To stay warm, I also wore my new vest, which is also from Old navy (the vest is currently 20% off). For pants, I decided on some olive green jeans from Forever 21, which are extremely soft, stretchy, and comfortable! Lastly, I finished off this look with my duck boots I purchased from Tj Maxx last year. They are fuzzy on the inside, so they keep your feet super warm! Overall, I’d say I had a very successful trip to the pumpkin patch, and I am happy to say I actually went this year. Do you guys prefer little pumpkins, or the huge ones!?

Happy Saturday, everyone! I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far and have lots of fun fall activities planned (I know I do)! Typically on the weekends, I like to get a little more dressed up, but this weekend I wanted to just stay comfy and casual. The weather has been a all over the place where I live, and today is supposed to be 58, which I consider a little warm so I wanted to wear something that I wouldn’t feel too hot in if I did a lot of walking around. For my first outfit, I had originally just had a white t-shirt on with my leather Jacket, but I ended up adding a plaid shirt around my waist, as I felt the outfit needed something more. I love how it looked together, and I will definitely be doing this more often! I wore my favorite new pants that I got from Old Navy, and also some ankle boots from Old Navy that seriously go with every outfit! Last weekend, Old Navy was having a 40% off sale for cardholders, and I mean, who can resist that!? Needless, to say, I went a little crazy, lol! For my second outfit, I wanted to be even cozier, so I chose to wear a loose fitting turtle neck with the same old navy jeans and black ankle boots. Like I said, those boots go with everything! I will link them down below for all of you! I finished the outfit with an adorable straw hat from Forever 21, and I have to admit, I was feeling very fall-ish! Do you guys like to dress up on the weekends, be comfy/casual, or live in your pajamas? I have definitely had my fair share of weekends living in my pajamas, lol!

Each fall, I find myself falling (pun not intended) in love with a different color. Last year I was obsessed with black, which I still am; however, this year burgundy has been my go-to color throughout September and October. I have always thought it made for such a gorgeous lipstick color, but this fall I have been loving it for clothes as well. Personally, there is nothing more beautiful than the autumn leaves, and my favorite have always been the different variations of red, which is why I think I am head over heels for this color this year. I have also been loving cold shoulder tops, and they were a staple in my wardrobe over the summer as well. I think the cut out shoulders add such a unique touch, and make them easy to style for a casual look, or a more dressy look. Tj Maxx currently has so many adorable cold shoulder tops, which is where I got mine. I love pairing them with a choker because I think it helps to really pull the look together. I purchased mine from Forever 21. To finish off this outfit, I wore my newest pair of booties that I also purchased from Tj Maxx. I had been in search for the perfect pair, and when I saw the fringe on these, I couldn’t help but buy them. I also love the slight heel, as it helps short girls like me gain a little height, haha! What has been your favorite color for the fall?

After a total of about 20 hours of homework this weekend, I wanted to step away from my computer for a little while and visit one of my favorite places, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. If you live in the New England area and have never visited Portsmouth, I highly suggest doing so. It’s filled with gorgeous old houses, endless shops, parks, and amazing views of the water. Not to mention, it looks adorable at this time of year with all of the fall decorations and falling leaves. For my trip to Portsmouth, I wanted to be comfy, as I would be walking for most of the day, and I knew there was going to be a lot of eating, so a baggy sweater it was. Just a few days prior, I bought the sweater I am wearing from Forever 21, and knew it would be perfect for this day. It’s baggy, feels like a blanket, and has the cold shoulder look, which is my favorite. I paired it with my favorite black skinny jeans from PacSun, my new pair of leopard print flats from Target (which I am obsessed with), my leopard print Moschino bag – which I purchased a few years ago so they probably don’t have it anymore, and my favorite pair of Steve Madden sunglasses from Marshalls. I had an amazing day in Portsmouth, and it was exactly what I needed to help relieve some stress. I hope you’re all having a great day!
